it did, and ran behind its owners fence where it preceded to wake even more neighbors!:-)
This is so awesome! I about fell over the first time I saw a chicken just walking around in Humboldt. (this is Pilsen though, right?) I’ve spent DAYS and HOURS trying to find the right shot with an urban chicken and I am so happy someone got one!
Thanks Amanda! It was just one of those crazy moments. The tip from my 100 Tips post about unplugging your earbuds was related to this. My windows were down, and I heard the chicken before I photographed him…
